omg its been like so long since I blogged. lol just finished term 2 in my Shatec Pastry & Baking life. Still alright I guess. P&B is fun, but theory is like horror, hahhaha. term 1 got 3.36 outta 4 for GPA. nt bad I guess. haha really looking forward to X'mas, new yr, CNY, Valentine's Day, etc. As usual I'm still playing the guitar, wanna get some lessons soon. $30/hr, kinda ex....hopefully dad will get me my mixer and new oven soon...really want it. Bake gd cakes and pastries =D nt forgetting breads too. Still thinking of what cake to bake for Xmas, grandma's bday coming too. Looks like I'm still gonna be busy. I'll stop here for today. Ciaos!
